Übel Blatt II: Shiseru O no Kishidan is set a year following the conclusive battle against Glenn, with Elseria assuming the role of empress over an empire plunged into chaos and plagued by dissension. Now known as Lord Viceroy Ascheriit, Köinzell collaborates with Elseria to restore stability to the empire. Joining them in this effort are the imperial general Geranpen, chief official Ato, and Blatt Meister Ikfes. However, a fresh menace emerges at the Empire’s southern frontier in the form of The Knights of the Fallen King—a group of loyalists to Glenn who anticipate his eventual return and are causing turmoil in the distant reaches of the empire.
