Actress Disha Patani Attends Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc Movie’s Special Screening In Mumbai

A special advanced screening for Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc was held in Mumbai on Feb 21, 2023, hosted by Aniplex Inc, Crunchyroll, and Sony Pictures Entertainment.

While the event was attended by 250 enthusiastic anime fans, the standout attraction of the event the presence of Bollywood star and Anime Superfan, Disha Patani, who also attended the event.

Disha Patani has frequently showcased her affection for anime, including Naruto, on her social media platforms. In addition to attending the screening, she also posed with cosplayers who were present there,

Along with cosplayers and fans, influencers who were present also contributed to the vibrant atmosphere of the event.

Crunchyroll, along with Aniplex Inc. and Sony Pictures Entertainment, will be releasing Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc film in India, including in IMAX and premium large formats (PLFs), starting Feb 23, 2024.

The film features one-hour long first episode of Hashira Training Arc along with the final episode of Swordsmith Village Arc.

Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc anime series will release in Spring 2024.

The first season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba TV anime consisted of twenty-six episodes produced by Ufotable aired in Japan from April to September 2019.

A sequel film, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train, was released in October 2020 and became the highest-grossing anime film and Japanese film of all time.

A second season of the anime series, readapting the “Mugen Train” arc seen in the film in seven episodes and covering the “Entertainment District” arc from the manga in eleven episodes, aired from October 2021 to February 2022.

Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc, the third season of the anime, aired from April to June 2023. It consisted of 11 episodes. 

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. It was serialized in Shueisha’s shonen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020, with its chapters collected in 23 tankobon volumes.

It has been published in English by Viz Media and simultaneously published by Shueisha on their Manga Plus platform.
