Dragon Ball Super Manga’s Super Hero Arc To End With Chapter 103; Sneak Peek Of ‘Goku Vs Gohan’ Battle Revealed!

Dragon Ball Super manga is set to conclude its current Super Hero arc with the upcoming Chapter 103, titled “Inheriting the Future.” This chapter holds particular significance for fans, especially following the passing of Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama.

The official website of Dragon Ball recently released a limited-time storyboard preview showcasing the opening of the chapter, which will be published in its super-sized May edition of V Jump on March 21, 2024, in Japan. The chapter will also be simultaneously released on VIZ.

Chapter 102 left readers on a cliffhanger, revealing an epilogue that continued the story beyond the events of the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie and the battle with Cell Max.

The chapter saw a remnant of the Red Ribbon Army, Carmine, enact a new scheme, prompting Gohan to unleash his powerful Beast form once again. Goku, sensing the massive surge of energy from afar, teleports to the scene, eager to test his son’s newfound power in a father-son sparring match.

The storyboard preview offers a glimpse into this highly anticipated duel between Goku and Gohan. V Jump teases that Chapter 103 will mark, in the words of the website, the “dramatic climax” of the Super Hero arc.
