Hyderabad Comic Con 2024: Dates, Line-Ups & Other Details Revealed

Hyderabad braces itself for the return of the much-anticipated Hyderabad Comic Con 2024, presented by Maruti Suzuki Arena and powered by Crunchyroll, after a 3-year hiatus.

Hyderabad Comic Con 2024 is set to span over two days from Jan 27-28, 2024, and will be held at HITEX Exhibition Centre.

Hyderabad Comic Con will be hosting a Crunchyroll panel which animanga fans can look forward to.

Other than Crunchyroll, the event boasts a list of upcoming publishing houses and Indian artists, including Indusverse, Yali Dreams Creations, Sufi Comics, Prasad Bhat, Raj Comics by Sanjay Gupta, Lilorosh, Acid Toad, Garbage Bin, Corporate comics, Bullseye Press, Bakarmax, Art of SAVIO, and Abhijeet Kini.

International artists Rico Renzi and Danesh Mohiuddin will also grace the event with their presence.

One of the highlight of the event is “The Arena,” a 40,000 sq ft gaming arena in association with The Esports Club. Attendees can indulge in daily tournaments, esports, interact with popular streamers, and enjoy various gaming experiences.

Every attendees will be greeted with an exclusive copy of Marvel’s Infinity Gauntlet No.1 comic book, a Limited Edition DC Comics Batman Poster, and a commemorative Comic Con India Bag.

Jatin Varma, Founder of Comic Con India, expressed his excitement about the grand celebration, stating, “Comic Con is finally back in Hyderabad after a gap of 3 years! We cannot wait to host all the fans again. This is our biggest show in the city yet, showcasing the best of Indian comics, fan experiences, cosplay, gaming, geeky shopping and so much more. I look forward to welcoming the fans back.“

Attendees can also look forward to special stand-up performances by Aakash Gupta and the popular Binge-O-clock duo Rohan Joshi & Sahil Shah. The mainstage will be ablaze with electrifying performances by MC Altaf, Proximity Crew, Geek Fruit, Hip Hop artist Panther, and many more.
