Idol anime Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club is officially set to conclude with an anime film trilogy, and the first film will be released on September 6!

A teaser video was revealed along with the announcement, centering on a new visual penned by Kerorira, the series’ visual director.

Love Live! is a multimedia franchise encompassing CDs, anime, games, and live concerts centered on high school idol bands.

Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club is set at Nijigasaki High School in Odaiba, Tokyo. Each of the main characters chase their dreams as solo idols while also working together to save the club.

The first season of the TV anime aired in 2020, with a second season following in 2022.

The first installment in Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club’s anime film trilogy will be released in Japan on September 6, 2024.
