At the end of the broadcast of its final chapter, the production of a second season for the animated adaptation of the light novels was confirmed. My Happy Marriage (My Happy Marriage), the press release did not reveal more details such as a possible release date but was accompanied by a new promotional image as well as comments from the production team.
The anime “My Happy Marriage” has finally reached its final episode. And what a surprise, the production of the second season has been decided! !! Congratulations!! Time seemed to fly, as each episode was so wonderful, and the three months flew by so quickly. As a viewer, I enjoyed each week so much that I’m sad it’s come to an end. I’m sad, but I’m so happy to know that we’ll get to see the rest of the series in anime! Yay! To everyone involved in the anime, thank you very much for your hard work. Thanks a lot. Thanks also to the viewers who stayed with us until the last episode. We look forward to the second season.

The first season began to premiere in July of this year and had a total of 12 episodes and are available on Netflix and with its Latin dubbing, which was made in Mexico under the direction of Jennifer Medel.

My Happy Marriage (My Happy Marriage) is a light novel series written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka which was first published in 2018 and independently. It was later published physically in 2019 through Kodokawa.

Synopsis of My Happy Marriage
Miyo Saimori was the unfortunate daughter of a loveless arranged marriage. After her mother’s death, her father brought in her lover and her new daughter, Kaya. From then on, Miyo’s life was reduced to that of a mere servant. Even worse, while Kaya inherited the family’s psychic abilities, Miyo had none, she truly was a worthless daughter.
After years of being treated like trash, Miyo learned to keep her head down before others, hide her pain, and obey all orders. Therefore, it is no surprise that she is willing to marry Kiyoka Kudou, a military captain who is rumored to be so cruel that he has chased away all of his potential wives to date.
From a painful upbringing to a painful marriage, that’s the future that awaits Miyo, or so she believes. Contrary to her expectations, her new husband is actually kind. What awaits Miyo then is a happy marriage full of happiness.
