¡Naruto will come to hbo max this very year! This was confirmed Luis Duran, platform executive, through one of his tweets responding to a follower. In the same tweet, he was asked if the much acclaimed dragon ballto which the executive replied that no, the only thing scheduled is the arrival of Dragon Ball Z Kai. At the moment, it is all the information we have, we will have more details soon.

Masashi Kishimoto is the author of the original work and began publishing his manga in September 1999 through the magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from the publisher Shueisha. The work ended in September 2014 with a total of 72 published compilation volumes.

The anime has a total of 220 episodes produced by the studios. Pierrot and aired between October 2002 and February 2007. A sequel of 500 episodes (for a total of 720) titled Naruto: Shippūdenaired between February 2007 and March 2017.

Naruto Synopsis

Moments before Naruto Uzumaki’s birth, a massive demon known as the Kyuubi, the Nine-Tailed Fox, attacked Konohagakure, the Hidden Leaf Village, and wreaked havoc. To put an end to the rampage caused by the Kyuubi, the village leader, the Fourth Hokage, sacrificed his life and sealed the monstrous beast within the newborn Naruto. Now, Naruto is a hyperactive, knuckle-headed ninja still living in Konohagakure. Shunned by the Kyuubi within him, Naruto struggles to find his place in the village, as his burning desire to become the Hokage of Konohagakure leads him not only to new friends, but dangerous enemies as well.
