Re:Zero’s third season reveals new trailer with details




Kadokawa has revealed new details about the third season of the animated adaptation of the light novels of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, which has its official premiere dated for October, during next summer season.

Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- (Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu) is the animated adaptation of the light novels written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichirou Otsuka. Since its first season, the series has been run by the studio White Foxwith the address of Masaharu Watanabe and the music of Kenichiro Suehiro.

In the story, Subaru Natsuki is a high school student who gets lost in an alternate world, where a beautiful silver-haired girl rescues him. To return her favor, he decides to stay with her, but the girl’s fate is much heavier than Subaru can imagine. The enemies attack relentlessly, until finally both he and the girl die. It is then that Subaru discovers that he has the power to go back in time and return to the beginning of history, to the point where he arrived in the unknown world. The problem is that he is the only one who remembers what happened.

In the trailer revealed by Kadokawa we can see new characters in action, revealing the new members who join the cast to bring them to life. We found Chika Anzai as Sirius Romaneeconti, Shoya Ishige as Joshua Juukulius, Kotaro Nishiyama as Kiritaka Muse and Kenjiro Tsuda as Heinkel Astrea. Likewise, we can see a preview of the entry theme, titled “Reweave” and interpreted by Konomi Suzuki. Let us remember that the closing theme is performed by MYTH & ROID and is titled “NOX LUX”.

Finishing the preview, It is revealed that the anime will have a preview in Japan, scheduled for August 30 in movie theaters. This is its first episode, which, according to official information, will last 90 minutes and will constitute the story of approximately four episodes.

In Latin America, the series is licensed by Crunchyroll; Both its main seasons and its OVAs are available in subtitled and dubbed versions into Latin American Spanish. Its third season will not be the exception, as it has already been confirmed that it will be broadcast on the platform from its official premiere in October, initially with subtitles. The light novel is licensed in Spain by Editorial Standardwhile the manga is licensed in Mexico by the publisher Panini.
