SDCC 2024 Bandai Photos and Videos | Event News
San Diego Comic-Con was in full force last week from July 23 to July 28! The annual California convention, which boasts over 100,000 attendees, is one of the biggest pop culture events on the PLANET! We mean that both in size and spectacle. And with each passing year, Japanese pop culture mainstays like anime and manga keep carving out a larger piece of the Comic-Con pie. But what kind of fandom holds the most special place in the heart of TOM’s readers? That’s right, it’s the figures!
Thousands of collectibles are either for sale or on display at SDCC, with Bandai Namco showcasing some of the most mouth-watering articulated figures around through its S.H.Figuarts line. We got up close and personal with figures from series like Dragon Ball, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba, Berserk, Kaiju No. 8, Naruto and One Piece! That cooky Marvel Cinematic Universe hero Deadpool even made a surprise appearance!
This year, we’ve spiced things up with both photos AND videos of these officially licensed figures! Enjoy the booth tour!
