The official website for Teasing Master Takagi-san Movie revealed on Friday, May 20, 2022, that the franchise will announce new information regarding the movie on June 4 at the special pre-screening event held to commemorate the completion of the film.
The event will be held at the TOHO Cinemas Hibiya (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).Voice actors Rie Takahashi, who plays Takagi, Yuki Kaji, who plays Nishikata, and Yuiko Ohara, who is in charge of the theme song “Summer of the Beginning,” will make an appearance.
The Teasing Master Takagi-san Movie will open in Japanese theatres on June 10.
The filmgoers will receive a 68-page booklet featuring the first chapter of the manga series redrawn by creator Soichiro Yamamoto, as well as a new chapter based around the film titled “Ashita kara (From Tomorrow)”.

Teasing Master Takagi-san is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Sōichirō Yamamoto. The series features the daily life of Takagi, who loves to tease her classmate Nishikata, and Nishikata’s failed attempts to get back at her. In North America, the manga is licensed by Yen Press.
An anime television series by Shin-Ei Animation aired from January to March 2018. An original video animation (OVA) was released in July 2018. A second season aired from July to September 2019. A third season aired from January to March 2022.
In 2021, Teasing Master Takagi-san won the 66th Shogakukan Manga Award in the shōnen category.
