Through a press release, the production of an animated adaptation for adult novels was confirmed.In a World Filled with Zombies, I’m the Only One They Won’t Attack (Zombie no Afureta Sekai de Ore dake ga Osowarenai)”. The statement details that the anime will be broadcast by AT-X in Japan, therefore, it will be a story with adult material, especially violent and with sexual content.

Rokuro Uraji He is the author of the original light novels and his first publication took place on the independent service Shousetsuka ni Narou in January 2013, and completed it in 2017. Synopsis of In a World Filled with Zombies, I’m the Only One They Won’t Attack

Yuusuke is an office worker who doesn’t like people and prefers to do his job alone and in silence. When the company he works for suddenly goes bankrupt, he loses his job and, with that, all of his motivation disappears and he becomes a complete shut-in.

One of the few days he decides to leave his apartment after a week of video game spree, a mysterious man attacks him and bites his arm. Although Yuusuke manages to escape to his room, he develops a fever and remains bedridden for several days.

When Yuusuke wakes up, recovered, he goes to resume his normal life, but soon discovers that in the short time he was asleep the world has completely changed. Zombies have appeared simultaneously in all corners of the world, and the few human survivors are now in hiding. However… “Why am I the only one not attacked by zombies?”
