The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System will receive an anime adaptation

This Thursday it was confirmed that Nekoko’s light novel, The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the Systemwill be adapted into an anime. The announcement was made by Kodansha in it eleventh compilation volume from the manga adaptation executed by Brocco Lee.

Synopsis: “Good-for-nothing bastard. You are the son of a Sword Saint, and yet you dare to make such a flawed class?”
During the “Divine Blessing Ceremony” of 15-year-old Elma, who came from a lineage of Sword Saints, had manifested a class commonly considered flawed, known as the Heavy Knight. He had been deprived of his position as the next head of the Edvan House and was then exiled. The Heavy Knight class had an unbalanced status and useless skills, to top it off, it was even said to be a class that cowardly and lazy people had.
But Elma knew that this world was the game world she had played before and that the Heavy Knight class was the strongest class in existence. Elma made the most of the knowledge she had acquired in her previous life and began her efficient journey through the world she had been reincarnated into.

About The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System

Nekoko began serializing the story on the website Shōsetsuka and Narō (Let’s Become Novelists) in April 2021. Kodansha published the first print volume with illustrations by Jaian in June 2022, and the third volume went on sale on February 2 of this year.

Brocco Lee launched the manga adaptation on Kodansha’s Yanmaga website in February 2022, with the tenth volume published on June 19.

It is currently unknown who will make up the production team for this isekai series, and when its release is scheduled.
