About Silent Witch

The original novels debuted on the website Shōsetsuka and Narō (Let’s become novelists) in February 2020. Kadokawa began publishing the light novels in June 2021, and released the seventh volume on February 9. The story is as follows:

Synopsis: Monica Everett, the Silent Witch, is the world’s only practitioner of Voiceless Magic, a true heroine who single-handedly fended off the Black Dragon of legend. However, the young prodigy is actually… super shy! Yes, it turns out she only learned Voiceless Magic to avoid speaking in public. Unbeknownst to her, the Seven Sages have given her a secret mission to protect the Second Prince. Can Monica keep her composure as she deals with both social interaction and the evils that haunt the young royal?

Tobi Tana launched a manga adaptation in Kadokawa’s B’s-LOG COMIC in July 2021. The manga’s fourth compiled book volume shipped in Japan on May 31.

For now, this future anime adaptation does not have an estimated release date or a defined production team.
