The remake of Spice and Wolf dazzles us with a new trailer

Through its website, a second promotional video was revealed for the remake of the animated adaptation of the light novels “Spice and Wolf (Ookami to Koushinryou), in it they confirm that it will be titled “Spice and Wolf: Merchant Meets the Wise Wolf” and which will have its premiere in the next season of Spring (April June) of this year.

Isuna Hasekura and Juu Ayakura are the authors of the original work and its first publication took place in February 2006 through the publishing label Dengeki Bunko of Kadokawa. The franchise has an animated adaptation that premiered in January 2008, with 13 chapters produced by the studios. Imagine.

The anime is available on Crunchyroll and with its Latin dubbing, which was made in Mexico under the direction of Aldo Ramírez.

Spice and Wolf Synopsis

Holo is a powerful wolf deity who is celebrated and revered in the small town of Pasloe for blessing the annual harvest. However, as the years pass and the villagers become more self-sufficient, Holo, who styles herself as the “Wise Wolf of Yoitsu,” has been reduced to a mere folktale.

When a traveling merchant named Kraft Lawrence stops in Pasloe, Holo offers to become his business partner if he eventually takes her to his northern home of Yoitsu.

The clever merchant recognizes Holo’s unusual ability to assess a person’s character and accepts her proposal. Now that he possesses both great business skills and a charismatic negotiator, Lawrence moves closer to his goal of opening his own store.

However, as Lawrence travels the countryside with Holo in search of economic opportunities, he begins to realize that his aspirations are slowly transforming into something unexpected.
