About The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic

Kurokata launched the light novel series on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in March 2014. The MF Books imprint published the first novel volume with illustrations by KeG in March 2016, and the twelfth and final volume in March 2020. Reki Kyūgazan is adapting the story into a manga, and Kadokawa is publishing the print volumes. The story is as follows:

Synopsis: The story begins when ordinary high school student Usato happens to bump into student council president Suzune and her classmate Kazuki on his way home. Suddenly, the three of them are swallowed by a magic circle and transported to another world.

The trio are summoned as heroes to save a kingdom from a demon king’s army, but only Suzune and Kazuki have what it takes to be heroes. Usato is drawn into the adventure. However, things change when it is discovered that Usato possesses the rare knowledge of a healing magician. He is kidnapped by a woman who identifies herself as Rose, the leader of the Lifeguard Corps, and recruited into their ranks.

The first season premiered on January 5. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired, and it can currently be watched in full with dubbing and subtitles in Latin Spanish.
