Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Inspires Smartwatches! | Fashion News
Hit fantasy anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba has inspired Tanjiro and Nezuko-themed smartwatches designed to help you exercise and sleep!
The franchise’s first themed smartwatches, these models were released by Japanese watch brand Garrack. They are currently available to reserve at selected retailers and will go on sale on May 13.
Tanjiro’s watch focuses on training, with the default screen displaying “Total Concentration” and “Hashira Training” options that jump to breathing exercises and workout options respectively.
Meanwhile, Nezuko’s focuses on sleep, with the screen showing options for tracking sleep and setting alarms.
The watches themselves feature plenty of loving touches like patterned Nishijin-ori fabric using the siblings’ signature colors for the wristbands, and the guards of the Nichirin Swords used by Tanjiro and the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, on Tanjiro’s band.
Each watch lasts for approximately 14 days on a single charge and can be paired with iPhones and Androids.
Originally a manga created by Koyoharu Gotoge, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba follows kindhearted charcoal seller Tanjiro, whose life changes forever when his family is attacked by demons. In order to return his sister, who is now a demon, to her former state and avenge his family, Tanjiro sets out on a dangerous journey.
