MAPPA announced its new original anime, ZENSHU, and it will be about the life of an animator

Through a press release, MAPPA confirmed the production of a new original anime, ZENSHU. Curiously, the synopsis dictates that it will be about the life of Natsuko Hirose, who graduates from high school and begins her career as an entertainer.

The statement did not reveal the exact release date, but it did release its first trailer and promotional image, in addition to the members of the voice team and the production team.

• Mitsue Yamazaki (Shingeki no Kyojin: The Final Season, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, Tada-kun wa Koi wo Shinai) will be in charge of directing the anime at the studios MAPPAassisted by Sumie Noro (Dumbbell Nan Kilo Moteru?, Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi). Yamazaki also takes credit for the original idea.

Synopsis of ZENSHU

After graduating from high school, Natsuko Hirose begins her career as an entertainer. Her talent blossoms quickly and she soon debuts as a director. Her first anime becomes a massive success, sparking a social phenomenon and earning her recognition as a brilliant and promising director.

His next project is a romantic comedy about first love. However, having never fallen in love, Natsuko has trouble understanding the concept of first love and, as a result, she is unable to create the storyboard, which stalls the film’s production.
