Anohana Team Reunites For New Anime Film With 2024 Release! | Anime News
Iconic tearjerking anime Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day’s director, screenwriter, and character designer have reunited to create Fureru., an original anime film that will premiere in fall 2024!
The newly released trailer and visual teases the new world created by the trio, featuring three young men and a mysterious creature.
Tatsuyuki Nagai is directing at CloverWorks with a script by Mari Okada and character design by Masayoshi Tanaka. This is the team’s third original anime film under the name Super Peace Busters, following The Anthem of the Heart in 2015 and Her Blue Sky in 2019.
While an official English title is yet to be announced, “fureru” can mean “to touch” or “to feel.”
Fureru. will be released in fall 2024.
