Oshi no Ko Season 2 to Air This July! | Anime News
Hit anime Oshi no Ko has revealed a July premiere for Season 2 along with new cast members and visuals!
Koki Uchiyama plays Daiki Himekawa, the star of Lala Lai Theatrical Company. Yusuke Kobayashi plays popular 2.5D musical actor Sakuya Kamoshida.
The newly released teaser visual stars protagonist Aqua with the cast of Tokyo Blade, a fictional stage play that he has joined.
A series of new visuals also shows the actors in costume as the characters of Tokyo Blade.
Originally a manga written by Kaguya-sama: Love Is War’s and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari, Oshi no Ko follows the dramatic life of a doctor who is reincarnated as Aquamarine “Aqua” Hoshino, the son of Ai Hoshino, a popular idol he admired. Aqua makes it his mission to track down and kill the accomplice of the now deceased fan who murdered both him and his new mother.
The hit TV anime series aired 11 episodes from April to June 2023.
Oshi no Ko Season 2 will air from July 2024.
